China to Finance ASEAN Infrastructure

During the Greater Mekong Sub-Region (GMS) Summit held in Bangkok on December 19th and 20th, Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang pledged billions of dollars to help support infrastructure and development in Southeast Asia.
